Working principle

Firstly, turn on the main power switch of the silage reclaimer and the power supply of the hydraulic pump motor. Move the machine to the vicinity of the silage wall, raise the arm of the reclaimer drum, operate the handle to stabilize the machine, start the conveyor chain with the hydraulic control lever, turn on the motor switch of the reclaimer drum, check the rotation direction of the reclaimer drum, and then the normal rotation direction during planing is clockwise. Operate the hydraulic control handle to lower the arm of the reclaimer drum, adjust the hydraulic throttle valve to control the speed of the reclaimer drum's descent. When the drum descends to the lowest point, immediately turn the hydraulic control handle to the middle position. When there is no grass on the conveyor belt, stop the transmission of the conveyor, turn the hydraulic control handle to lift the drum to the highest point, and finally control the walking hydraulic control handle to move the whole machine forward. Go to the appropriate position and let the drum descend to start a new round of loading work. After the work is completed, we suggest, Clean up the remaining materials on the machine, inspect the equipment conveyor chain and transmission chain, and add lubricating oil; Check if the drum blades are loose, if the installation screws of the drum bearings are loose, and add lubricating oil every week.
